Will the Cold War Alter the Future

Though US has not been drawn into an all out conflict with Iran, I think that despite the better wishes of President Rouhani and the moderates, the hard line IRGC is pushing for nuclear ambitions, albeit in a militant way. Unfortunately, despite the intellectual prowess and moral compass of the Iranian president, it is hard to deny the kind of rhetoric championed by superpowers Russia and America that endorse the concept of a nuclear state providing ample fire and ethical, political substance to the hard line nuclear ambitions. As much of this rhetoric is owed to a continuing Cold War environment, we should take heed of how it sounds to Iranians if they hear the kind of propaganda we used on Russia to hide our own greed in such things as the military industrial complex. Indeed, only a truly positivist future, perhaps in the form of 4IR can get us out of this mess. The Cold War is ongoing if you read between the lines of CIA literature!. So, let's hope the future favored by Klaus Schwab that he coined the fourth industrial revolution happens positivistically.
